Hibernia Atlantic Selects Futurewei Technologies' Multi-Reach DWDM Solutions

FutureWei Technologies announces today that Hibernia Atlantic has selected and deployed the OptiX BWS1600 Multi-Reach (MR) DWDM platform as part of its North American network , enabling the delivery of advanced Ethernet and wavelength services between USA and Europe.
Hibernia Atlantic owns and operates the fastest network connecting Canada and the USA to Europe. It’s redundant rings between Dublin, Manchester, London, New York, Halifax, Montreal and Boston provides dedicated Ethernet and optical level services, up to GigE and 10G wavelengths. This advanced, sub-sea network provides US and European carriers/enterprises a reliable, integrated network solution for international communications.
