Magnet Networks Ltd. - Introducing digital living to consumers and businesses in and around Dublin by providing the proverbial "Triple Play" of telephone, internet, and video services via "Fiber-to-the-Home". Wholly-owned by CVC. Based in Dublin, Ireland.

Pivotel Group Pty Limited - is a licensed Australian mobile telecommunications company. Pivotel provides high quality voice, data and tracking services utilizing GSM and satellite technologies. Pivotel owns and operates the Globalstar ground network infrastructure supplying service to Australia and New Zealand and owns the Pivotel, TracerTrak, Think Mobile and Reward Mobile brands.

PocketiNet Communications, Inc. - high-speed, wireless and fiber optic broadband service targeting under-served small-to-medium sized markets in and around Eastern Washington. CVC owns 93%. Based in Walla Walla, Washington.

Pac-West Telecomm, Inc. - a provider of wholesale communications infrastructure services to carriers and voice service providers. Products include voice and data origination, termination, transport, related managed services, and a new unique platform called Telastic. Based in Oakland, California.

Rockwall Property Corporation - holds 150 acres of real estate that may be developed into neighborhood commercial, multi-family and single-family housing. Wholly-owned by CVC. Based in Rockwall, Texas.

Columbia Development Company - Owns Park Place a unique community in Rockwall, TX. It is a Traditional Neighborhood Development which rouses sentiments of nostalgia, back when neighborhoods gave homeowners the true sense of community.

Specialty Chemical Products LLC - a research and development project undertaken to develop a commercially feasible method to extract (precipitate) a higher than average grade of silica from fume or crushed glass. The pilot plant has recognized better than average results and is now in the active phase of constructing a fully-operational processing plant. Wholly-owned by CVC. Based in Rock Island, Washington.

Grab On Grips LLC - manufactures small sponge-like products serving the needs of office supply manufacturers. Wholly-owned by CVC. Based in Walla Walla, Washington.
